Education and Experience: I received my BA in Psychology in 2016 from Regent University. I received my Master of Arts in Human Services with a concentration in Marriage and Family Ministry from Regent University in 2021.  I completed my practical, field experience hours at Virginia Beach Community Chapel under the supervision of Senior Pastor, Robb Esperat, M.Div. For my field experience hours, I developed a marriage ministry which includes: a marriage mentoring team, classes, conferences, and premarital counseling. Along with my husband of twenty-five years,  I currently lead that Marriage Ministry. I help plan, coordinate, and speak at marriage conferences in Hampton Roads.

Coaching Style: I believe you and your spouse are equipped to achieve your marriage goals. You may just need some coaching to help you get there. My style is simple. I am empathetic, honest, and practical. I am going to focus in on the positives between you and your spouse and help strengthen and grow the areas that may be improved. I am honest, so you will be encouraged but also challenged. I believe that a good coach challenges their players to be the best they can be.

I will endeavor to provide you with excellent and timely care to help you reach your stated goals as long as I am capable of providing for you.  I will refer out to other providers in any spaces that I am unable to accommodate your needs.

I respect the beliefs of all of my clients. At the same time, the direction I give will be clearly influenced by my Christian beliefs.
